Report Abuse - It is your duty
Under Section 125 of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 (CYFSA), everyone has a legal responsibility to report concerns about a child’s safety and well-being. If you have reasonable grounds to suspect that a child has suffered, or is at risk of suffering physical harm, sexual abuse or exploitation, emotional harm, or neglect, you must report it to the appropriate authorities.
